RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you, within 15days from the day courier received by you.

Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

• All made to order garments are non-refundable.

• Label Surbhi Nangalia will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like color mismatch and exchange for size.

• To send the product to us alterations, you need courier it to us at:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Cancellation of orders are not permitted.

• Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale.

WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
